Probably my last anti-Obama work until after the election, as these do take away from my verbal sniping at Kos-sacks and other “useful idiots”.

The work is heavily based upon this poster, with very much the same theme calling for young Germans to join the Hitler Youth in the 1930s.

More tweaking of old WW2-style posters. This one should be less obviously ripped off of the “This is the Enemy…” series, but the inspiration is there all the same.

Someone on FreeRepublic.com posted this modified WW2 poster extolling Hitler (with Obama’s face on it)… so I decided to have some fun with it by further modifying it…

Couldn’t resist photoshopping this up a bit more.

I’ve always been a fan of the style of poster art that characterised the Second World War.

Most if not all of this artwork was very much propagandist by design — anything from the classic “Loose Lips Sink Ships”, or the “Keep’em coming, We’ll keep on shooting”, and appeals to buy war bonds… as well as the scarier ones like “This is the Enemy”, showing the Nazis or the Imperial Japanese in all their (pointedly) savage glory.

With this in mind, I’ve taken liberties with one such poster, and commandeered it to the purpose of keeping Barack Hussein Obama from winning this election.

On that note, to my deep chagrin, Dr. Chuck Baldwin will not be on the ballot here in New York State, and with a very scant ground game here (there are actually two Constitution Party organizations here) and for reasons well beyond the scope of this post, they tend to work against each other.

I’m not particularly impressed with Bob Barr, even though he will be on the ballot, so barring some sort of miracle that gets Dr. Baldwin’s name on the ballot or even available as an authorized write in candidate, I’ll be voting McCain.

Not because I like McCain: I deeply, deeply dislike him and most of what he stands for.

But I detest Obama very, very much more than I dislike McCain.

Given a (forgive the pun) bulletproof Democratic supermajority Congress and (in his own mind) Great Leader Obama in the White House, along with some SCOTUS and lower court packing, the effective disarming of the American citizen - the last bastion against an unchecked freefall into dictatorship and tyranny of a sort our forefathers never knew — could easily become a matter of fact rather quickly.

These are inspired by by the Obey Giant series of posters done up by Frank Shepard Fairey for Senator Barack Obama. While those posters have a certain propagandistic flair reminiscent of era leading up to WW2 in certain nations, and of the Communist Bloc nations until the end of the Cold War, they certainly bring home the point of what Obama’s form of Marxism will bring us.

In a somewhat lighter vein, and in at least a partial tribute to Mr. Fairey’s work, I decided to do a few equivalent works, albeit one that hopes to portray the positive messages of restoration of America to her Constitution, and freedom for her people.

This video from the fine folks over at the John Birch Society does a right good job of describing what a “Republic”, and how the United States are indeed a Republic, and not a “democracy” as we keep hearing from the mass media and academia.

In honor of the general leftward shift of the GOP (for whom many McCainiacs might argue is a shift back toward the moderate “middle”, which reads purpleish-blue to me), I hereby propose the the current GOP mascot “Elbert the Elephant” be retired, and replaced with:

Robbie the RINO.

Don’t worry, despite the rhino’s notoriety for being difficult to get along with, he works very well with donkeys.
